supporting the church beyond redmond in friendship & finances

  • Church Venture Northwest

We support our northwest association of churches, here’s the mission statement: “We envision a covenant community of churches committed to the glory of God, centered on the gospel, changing our communities by being doctrinally sound, missionally driven, and culturally sensitive - which includes culturally appropriate evangelism, leaders mentoring the next generation of leaders, and churches planting churches through Great Commandment love, Great Commission purpose, and Great Confession dependency.”

  • The Door Church

The Door Church was planted in 2011 to engage with a large community south of Sunriver that didn’t have a strong gospel presence. In 2019 they helped to revitalize a church in La Pine and now have two locations. For several years, The Door has also operated La Pine Warming Center to provide the homeless a warm meal, showers and a warm place to sleep in the winter months. Their desire is to continue to expand God’s kingdom by either finding more areas that need a gospel presence or to come alongside churches who are struggling and need help. Last year they also launched a ministry to encourage pastors called The Spurgeon Legacy that has free conferences twice a year..
